Terms of service

The full terms are being written. Until they land, here is the honest short version of what each side is signing up to.

01 / The agreement

The agreement

Opsider is a subscription to one system: orders, stock, deliveries and money, with no modules to buy and no toggles to switch on. On this page “we” means Opsider Systems. The real terms will name the legal entity behind that business name, with its ABN, and set out what we owe you, what you owe us, and how either side walks away. Nothing on this page is a contract yet.

Pricing

Opsider is $500 a month, with every feature included. There is no setup fee and no lock-in contract. The final terms will say exactly when the price can change and how much notice you get first. The pricing page has the detail.

Your data

Your customers, your catalogue, your lots, your invoices: all yours, not ours. They export in formats your spreadsheets and your accountant already open. The final terms will set out how you take all of it with you when you leave, so you know the way out before you sign. We would rather keep your business because the day runs better with us, not because your ledger is hard to get out.

Liability

The real terms will set the limits both ways in plain words, the way the rest of this site is written. We would rather you read them than skim them, so we are writing them to be short enough to read in one sitting.

You get the final terms in writing before you sign anything. Questions in the meantime: info@opsider.com.au.
