Pricing
One subscription. The whole system.
No modules. No add-ons. No per-feature price list. No "that's on the enterprise plan". Everything on this website is included for every customer, from the first day. If we build something new, you get that too.
Everything, always
What's included: all of it.
Software for this trade loves to bill you in bits: a module for deliveries, a module for the portal, a "premium" tier that holds your own reports hostage. We think that's a rort. One subscription runs the lot:
- Order Pilot, every channel
- Morning Brief
- Orders board, six plain stages
- B2B customer portal
- Online store
- Offline-tolerant POS
- Pick lists with the chef's words
- Cut list for the bench
- Weigh and pack repricing
- Drag-and-drop delivery runs
- Driver app, sign on glass
- Cold chain temps on every delivery
- Lot-level traceability
- One-tap recall
- The coolroom on screen
- Profit per pallet
- Invoices and statements
- Oldest-first receipting
- Credit stops and limits
- Auto-charge
- Four-tier pricing engine
- Specials and broadcasts
- Loyalty and account tools
- Purchasing and receiving
- All 17 named reports
- BAS-ready GST
- Compliance and audit pack
- Search that answers questions
- Multi-location, with transfers
- Every future feature we ship
The alternative
The patchwork was never cheap. It just billed you in pieces.
Most shops we meet run a POS here, an ordering app there, accounting somewhere else, and WhatsApp screenshots holding the whole thing together. Every seam between those tools is somewhere a kilo, a dollar or an hour leaks.
The patchwork
- A POS that has never heard of your coolroom
- An ordering app that stops at the invoice
- Accounting that never saw the pallet, so margin is a guess
- Orders re-typed from WhatsApp into two other systems
- Traceability in a binder, recall drills over a weekend
- Four logins, four subscriptions, four support queues
- Nobody can answer "did we make money on that lot?"
The offsider
- Orders, stock, deliveries and money in one ledger
- One login for the counter, the bench, the vans and the office
- Every kilo traced to its lot, every cost on the invoice line
- Nothing typed twice, anywhere
- Recall answered in seconds, not a weekend
- One subscription, one place to call
- Lot Profitability answers the question by name
Early access
Founding customer program
There's no public price list yet, on purpose. We're onboarding a small number of founding customers personally, and looking after them accordingly. When public pricing arrives, founding customers keep their rate.
- Guided onboarding, at your pace, around your trading day
- Your catalogue, customers and price tiers loaded for you
- A direct line to the people building it
- Founding price locked in before public pricing exists
- Everything included, because everything always is
Fair questions
Before you ask.
Is anything extra? Hardware? Support? Updates?
The software is one subscription, all features, updates and support included. Hardware is yours: Opsider runs in any modern browser on machines you already own, and scales, label printers, EFTPOS terminals and scanners connect through drivers. We'll tell you before you buy anything.
What happens to the founding price later?
It's locked. When public pricing exists, founding customers keep the rate they signed up on. That's the trade for helping us get the details right.
Can we leave, and take our data?
Yes. Your customers, products, orders, lots and reports export to CSV, Excel and PDF whenever you like. It's your shop's data, not ours.
How do we start?
Book a demo. If it fits, onboarding loads your products, customers and prices for you, and we stay close until the first quiet Friday afternoon proves it's working.
